any investigation relating to classified materials. Brennan is no longer in the loop and he doesn't know any more than anyone else what the DoJ or other agencies are doing. Clearly they're not afraid to request a warrant to search TFG's properties because they've done it before, but they need probable cause to take to a judge. Just believing that TFG has more documents isn't enough.
