While I am by no means a lawyer, I have to believe that at a minimum he would be an accessory before the fact to the fake elector scheme. That is on top of his perfect call.

So unless the most serious charge that can brought is a midameaner, I don't see how he could be charged with lesser crimes than everyone else.

Not that a misdemeanor is a light charge, but he probably wouldn't serve jail time over one.
