18. I don't have a huge problem with Water's prickly nature myself

But a big part of that is because I believe in the most important ways, he's a liberal. I'm relatively sure he supports things like protecting the environment, civil rights, gay rights, abortion rights, etc. He's never said/done anything that I recall that was contrary to my most fundamental values as a liberal.

I don't think being critical of the GOVERNMENT of Israel over it's treatment of Palestinians is necessarily equivalent to hating the Jews, as some people seem to want to equate it as. Comparing it the Holocaust is overboard, but I'd need to read the actual quote to determine how offensive it was.

I do have a problem though if he is in any way taking Putin's side over Ukraine. He's always been vigorously anti-war, for obvious reasons, and Putin is the one who started this one. So, my mind is kinda blown over this issue, and it's disappointing to read.

And I also always loved Gilmour ... quite a bit more.
