Ken Paxton has filed Texas's 27th lawsuit against a Biden policy—this one challenging HHS guidance to Medicare/Medicaid-receiving pharmacies re: abortion-inducing drugs.

By filing suit in Midland, there's a *100%* chance it will be assigned to Trump-appointed Judge David Counts.


Here's the complaint in the fifth different recent suit captioned "Texas v. Becerra":

Although this is the 18th of Texas's 27 suits that Paxton has filed in a single-judge division, it's the first time that he's singled-out Judge Counts, specifically.
