6. When I say "force"

I mean "under false pretense" as in the case of those that got taken to Martha's Vineyard, based on the stories from those immigrants, it was kidnapping by inveiglement. Not sure what happened to that issue and why the fed seems to be letting him do it.

Also, what the law says and what happens out in the real world are very different things.

Still doesn't answer how a state can pass a law to take people from a completely different state and send them to another, completely different state.
