I am a heterosexual female (cis gender) who is not personally familar with all the transgender issues. I know a couple of trans people but not closely enough to discuss the issues with them.

But I remember some of what we were taught in biology regarding gender development and identity in utero and in developnemental psychology about sexual preference in partners being on a spectrum and not always either/or depending on both biology and social conditioning.

So it just seems logical to me that there are variations in identity and in attractions that are just part of life. Trying to deny or stamp out those variations is futile, then, and cruel in not accepting people as they are.
