She says the government hasn't explained why the list needs to be filed with the court at all. The list has already been provided to Trump and Nauta and their lawyers. If it's not filed with the court, sealing isn't an issue. Furthermore, the order is "without prejudice," which means that the government can respond with an explanation of why it needs to filed with the court and why, in that case, it needs to be under seal. Stay tuned.
