She's the one most likely to come up with plausible lies to get out of trouble. If she hears the cross-examination of her brothers before going up there, she'll be prepared to dodge and weave in ways that they are mentally incapable of doing.

Plus prosecutors really should want but to increase the chances that Don Jr has been day drinking when he takes the stand
