My last scan showed no cancer but it did show I have a double aortic arch and never knew it. It explains some of the breathlessness in middle age. It also showed osteoarthritis- thoracic, lumbar and in my hips. I already knew about my right knee, an old injury from when I worked in a state psych hospital.
I have an appointment with rheumatology in January. I'm hoping to find some answers and maybe something to slow this down. The scheduler said it's not uncommon to get calls a year or two later post chemo about possible arthritis so I guess I'm on schedule.
