If hit, would have been catastrophic for the region. 11 total casualties , most from Iraqi anti-aircraft shelling. It was described as a nuclear Oz with many many facilities and hundreds of people and families present. They hit the reactor building only.

Your photo is what is there currently after everything else was torn down.
