(29,850 posts)I've raised $3100, all thanks to you!
I plan on paying off one of my smaller bills with this amount, probably the University of Kansas where I have several.
As to me: I'm focusing on my health now. I had my first colonoscopy today. The prep made me vomit all night but I was informed that I was "clean as a whistle". No polyps, no pockets.
Friday I have a chiropractic appointment. I've never done this before but the pain in my back, hips and knees is making nearly everything unbearable. I have an upcoming appointment with a podiatrist to see if maybe there's something that will help me out.
In January I have my first appointment with a rheumatologist and a dermatologist. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis right as the pandemic started but have never been treated. I have psoriatic patches on my face, hips, crook of one elbow and behind both knees at the moment.
Finally, I've had two appointments were no one could access my port. It's believed to be clogged. The recommendation is to remove it and I hope to get that done in office before the end of year since I've met my deductible and coinsurance.
I said I'd be transparent with my expenses so here we are so far.
