It made Scalia seem a lot more important than he really was because his POV could be counted as 2 votes every time. All he had to do was whistle. It's pathetic and there's still people who worship these clowns. Surely, it's obvious by now that a seat on the USSC doesn't automatically have anything to do with justice.
