What laws have Alito and Thomas broken?

Do you have a link re: criminal referral from congress? (I’m only aware of an ethics issue, not criminal). Sadly, what those corrupt justices do is legal.

The Emoluments clause has no enforcement mechanism and no statute to indict, so, despite being in the constitution, and being an impeachable act, is not a crime.

I would be surprised if Kushner isn’t on the DOJ’s radar, or at least the SEC’s, but these aren’t publicly announced while in progress.

This would all be the same if someone besides Garland was AG.
