only SSA has EVERYTHING. You don't need to give up your birthday or SSN or mother's maiden name or bank account # for every product and service.
i leave blanks on forms all the time...no problem.

most companies don't have our income tax data (from IRS) or personal health info (from Medicare/Medicaid)
