I have no idea why a search was needed. The justification was poor. And I don't know why it took so long to get an answer back. Are people just supposed to sit in jail while the police try to sort out misunderstandings? They never heard of "liquid opium" but they arrested him anyway. Also, why is the police department in a hurry to call ICE? Thats not their job.
