"eva" is Eva Andersson Dubin, Glenn Dubin's wife and former girlfriend of Epstein.

"glenn" is Glenn Dubin, who is married to Eva and has red hair.

There's really no other way to interpret the exchange than that Epstein is expecting to have Thanksgiving at Eva Dubin's house and Glenn will be present. She even used two n's for Glenn, the correct spelling.

ON EDIT: Oh, I see what you mean: he might just be saying that Trump is "down there" at Mar-a-Lago. Good point!

Would be interesting to see if David Fiszel and "Hanson" were actually at Thanksgiving dinner at the Dubin's and not just "down there."
