Rubio has stated that since Maduro was arrested, it's now mission accomplished (I guess someone forgot to tell us beforehand that there was a mission), and Venezuela can now return to starvation and unemployment, and we can all go home. OK, so we won't be sending clean-up crews to repair the damage our bombs did, but we arrested Maduro, and that's what counts.
