bombing during the Kosovo War and, while we blew up plenty of bridges, BDA eventually showed that we did NOT destroy anywhere near the number of tanks, artillery pieces and aircraft. Both Seribia and Iran treat their decoys as real in terms of appearing to service them, putting them where they would be expected, and moving them. They will even "cover" them with netting to appear "camoflouged". As to missile fired through the dessert, probably only a very thin canopy, from a tunnel, watch this video and be informed:
