2. I would like to feel good too. But which Pres will not prosecute happy & rich war criminals?

Dick Cheney went on TV, admitted his complicity in personally giving the green light for water-boarding (which some of us in the civilized world call torture), and went home or to one of his homes without being prosecuted. He didn't even receive a rebuke from Obama.

You mentioned Geobbels. Did Obama got health care passed? Is that truly what happened? Are we all required to say that? Or can we observe out loud that he got the mandatory purchase of health insurance from private companies passed?

That was an idea, a profitable one for the insurance companies, which originated with Senator Grassley, a Republican who rightfully does not have a reputation as a populist. If you want to cheer about the requirement for the mandatory purchase of health insurance, why not credit Grassley for that?

You say that there is a difference. I agree, but not necessaryily in the same way. A major difference that I see is that they attend different fundraisers.
