it's only a real scandal if it is, or really ought to be a crime. as if word choice in a presidential speech should be a crime. nevermind all the lies shrub et al. gave us to get us into war....

when republicans do anything remotely like this and democrats object, they whine about trying to scandalize or criminalize "policy differences".
