I thought singing our national anthem is other languages--was a compliment to our great country. Here you have these people from other nations, who chose to come here and make their homes here--and they are singing OUR beloved national anthem in their language. It is an act of love and respect for our country!

Can you imagine going over to Denmark, putting down roots and then ultimately singing their national anthem in english? This would indicate that you LOVE that country. Also, a symbol that you have retained your own identity and American customs--and you embrace this amazing new world. And you honor and celebrate your new home by singing their national anthem.

I think it's beautiful.

I don't get how anyone can see anything but beauty in that commercial.

I just don't understand how someone can see that commercial and react with such fear and hate.
