Being a bachelor she probably thinks I'm not careful. I'm a total Nazi about washing my hands in general but always when preparing food. I handle any meat and I'm washing my hands before I go back to chopping vegetables or anything. The other guy is Hispanic and his stuff is just awesome! He just got his citizenship not too long ago though he's lived here for most of his life. His dad is an old school Mexican and freakin' really cooks the real shit! Never had anything but a little heartburn from old Jose's cooking and it's well worth it.
