When I was talking with the hiring manager, I could tell she was someone who had gotten her position by moving up through the ranks and actually knew how the job played out on a day by day basis. As I answered each question, I could tell we were very much on the same page as to how to do things. I'm really looking forward to working for her, she knows her stuff.

Not well known but I've been there. Ugly times back in 2001-2003. Thought it would never end.
