172. Oh no! Will your new full time job mean you'll have less time/patience to hang out here at DU?

Congrats to you. Your story is inspirational.

Your saying you got the call with an offer, reminded me of when my younger brother got his first big reporting job at a national paper.
When the department head made him the salary offer my brother was so astonished at how much is was that he sat silent, dumbstruck. The man stammered a moment and said, okay, how about ($15,000) more? And my brother said Oh yes! He later wondered what the guy might have offered if he had stay quiet a little longer!
