22. That pacifier duct taped to the babies mouth and the pacifier covers

the nose is dangerous, and abusive imho.

You don't duct tape pacifiers to babies mouths EVER.

It could cause choking and breathing difficulty.

Why would anyone do this? To make it so the baby can't make a sound???
