Our lovely kitteh Chloe has crossed the rainbow bridge. [View all]

She was just 11 years old and passed abruptly after suffering a blood clot that caused paralysis in her back legs.

We adopted her from a local shelter at age 3 as a 4-paw delcawed cat that was kept in a 4 square foot cage, as other cats at the shelter were aggressive and she was at a disadvantage with no claws. She was a bit overweight, very sweet, and took an immediate liking to our son. She would follow him all around the house and always seemed to be within a few feet of him. She lived a plush life and was loved.

Her nickname was "Adventure Kitty" as she ventured into places in our home where none of our previous cats had ever been. Her most uncanny feature was her expressiveness; she'd enter the room, make and maintain eye contact with you while chatting up a storm.
