I got an incredibly (well, relatively so) inexpensive suit from a place that let me plug in all my measurements, brewed up a pattern, and sent it off to Shanghai seamsmen...a few weeks and less than $500 later I had an outfit that fit me shockingly well. Slave labor or not, you get exactly what you send the Eastern tailors, for better or worse.
