If you go retrieve the pdf (the link at the end of the OP) and read it carefully, you will see that the evidence is incontrovertible.

I am surprised this has not surfaced yet and generated criminal investigations. Not only, was that vote flipping "algorithm" at play for republican primaries, it also did affect the presidential with Obama losing votes over Romney. Luckily he had enough padding to get through.

I am flabbergasted (I always wanted to use that word in a post )
