Do you remember what you said? Can you recollect any sentences word-for-word?

I'm really intrigued by this because I'm wondering how I'd handle such an encounter. And I wonder what's the best way to handle it. I feel that being silent when someone makes a statement such as, "Trump has great plans for America!" is a mistake. But I also think that an attack that's so strong that it immediately throws up defenses and anger probably is a bad idea also.

So if anyone has ideas of how to ... say... plant a suggestion in someone's mind that they may be on the wrong track, I'd be happy to hear it.

On the other hand, some of the posters in this thread might be right about "you can't fix stupid."
