uncheck the boxes below as well

If you select the always ask option and check updates again and you will find Win 10 checked in
the available updates menu again even though you have unchecked the update

Microsoft is determined to force every Windows user into Win 10 whether they want it or not and in spite of their computers lacking the resources to install and run it

Microsoft has turned the the PC into a Cable TV set top box model where you will be forced to accept and pay for every upgrade whether you want it or need it

I updated my machine only a month ago and their are now thirty more recommended updates in the dropdown menu Microsoft is purposely force feeding updates to bog down your machine and force people into Win 10

Big Gov has nothing on Big Corp in terms of their determination to control our lives and live in our wallets

The best plan is to assume your Win 7 machine is no longer supported by Microsoft and run it until it starts to fail and buy a Mac
