However, I just wanted to point out that the premise of this cartoon (Obama doesn't want teenage girls to have contraceptives) is false. Because they are prohibiting OTC use of one drug to minors does not mean they are prohibiting all OTC contraceptives to teenage girls. I'm disappointed that the cartoonist resorted to such distorted hyperbole, as her other cartoons are always spot-on.
