IF that were the case, and the information was classified, then he gave out classified information, which is a crime.
He cannot UNclassify information without going thru a legal process involving the Justice Dept, FBI, etc. in writing.
His statement about "phone" and "wires" being "tapped" is a reflection of his technical ignorance.
It actually appears now that an email server in the Trump tower was being listened to.
could be anyone's email.
2.Charging an ex-Pres. with a crime ( of illegally wiretapping) is an offense, too, apparently.
In the least, it could result in a personal lawsuit for slander/libel, whichever, but also Trump, as President, is accusing Obama of a crime, since sitting Presidents cannot legally wiretap anyone.
