Less waving anything, and more a mere flight in international air space no one but China recognizes as Chinese jurisdiction...

Unless of course, your belief is that flying through international airspace is little more than "dick waving;" yet I simply don't believe you're either that shallow or biased, and that given time, you'll eventually apply rational thought and reason rather than unsupported bumper-stickers.
