Oh, and it has been filed. And another thing, since the DNC relented last night in hopes they could squash the suit- rumor is, that the suit is still going forward.

No, I think the DNC and little Debbie jumped the gun by taking this to the press, then HRC's staff jumped the gun by accusing the Sander's campaign of stealing millions of dollars worth of information when they had no clue what they were talking about.
