In fact I feel that if cops and prosecutors pull the stuff like they did here, they deserve to lose the case. If they're allowed to get away with it with OJ you know they're going to do it with other, truly innocent people who don't have the means to mount a strong defense.
The real shame of it here is that they probably had enough good evidence, if they'd stuck only to that, to put him away.
