reason to "warn" about new emails one week before the election. The vague language allows republicans to run with the story and could easily lead to the election of a dangerously unstable, entirely inexperienced "candidate" who listens to no one but himself and has ties to Russia. That is precisely the reason that FBI folks are supposed to be silent about investigations until a determination is made. Comey's letter is an obvious curveball.
