In reply to the discussion: Texas Officials to Force Burial, Cremation of Fetal Remains [View all]Still wondering if a non-profit can be setup to handle this and the disposal (ala burial at sea which the Neptune Society does) in a way which makes this nothing more than a checkbox and signature for the woman.
I'm hoping the courts will step in and stop this nonsense. However, I'm trying to think ahead on the off chance... I'm not up for assuming anything these days, especially with these jokers in charge.
