57. Faux Snooze was Murdoch's creation from day one

In fact, the whole network and cable conglomerate portion bearing that name was envisioned by him in the '80s and brought to bear in the '90s as a result of deregulation and after he bought the film conglomerate that included the "Fox" name.

The original "Fox" theaters/films (created by theater owner William Fox), was lost to 20th Century during the Depression via a hostile takeover, resulting in the creation of "20th Century Fox" (that was eventually bought by Murdoch).
