This will be easily proven he was committing criminal acts, and he will be indicted , and Barr and trump will threaten him if he indicates he's talking to the prosecutors. Barr is in a world of trouble to as a lot more gets exposed about him and trump. Rudy will just continue doing things to undermine his own case. That's also why he refused to testify. Its just a matter of time before Ghouliani turns on trump and others.
