(172,364 posts)When Congress does those C.R.s, there is a "wink wink" (Reddick's Rules "stop the clock" ) where it is assumed that the bill would have been signed today (basically as soon as possible). But since that doesn't appear to be happening, someone is gonna have to either pass a new C.R. (but would he sign it?) or call-trees are gonna have to happen to tell anyone working from home and not previously deemed "essential", to logoff/don't touch the computer or you will be an unauthorized procurement, and those similarly working in the office, to not report.
OPM needs to update their status site (last update was 12/18 and I know before I retired, they were always slow getting the page updated
