My concern is with McConnell and whether he'll attempt to adjourn before then after they take care of whatever happens with the NDAA, with an attempted override of a supposed incoming veto. I think in normal times, both chambers attempt to adjourn at the same time (after finishing up their business). But this year (and the past 4 years) have been everything but "normal".
