https://clerk.house.gov/ (no direct archived link for it yet), and it seems the "unanimous consent" request was never "officially" brought to the floor for consideration. So I expect the "signaling" from the "GOP leadership" (guessing McCarthy) that they (some designee) would "object", was "noted", so she didn't bother and moved on -
