https://clerk.house.gov/ (no direct archived link for it yet), and it seems the "unanimous consent" request was never "officially" brought to the floor for consideration. So I expect the "signaling" from the "GOP leadership" (guessing McCarthy) that they (some designee) would "object", was "noted", so she didn't bother and moved on -

TIME | BILL NUMBER | ACTIVITY

09:05:53 AM | | The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk transmitted to the House a sealed envelope received from the White House on December 23, 2020 at 3:29 p.m. said to contain a message from the President returning, without his approval, H.R. 6395.

09:04:11 AM | | The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 22, 2020, at 11:39 a.m. stating that the body had agreed to the House amendment to the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 133, agreed to H. Con. Res. 127, passed H.R. 3153, as amended, H.R. 1418, H.R. 1492, and H.R. 2502.

09:03:29 AM | | The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 21, 2020, at 11:08 p.m. stating that the body had passed S. 2429, agreed to the House amendment to the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 1520, agreed to H.
