40. Raw Story was one of the very first liberal point of view web news sites.

For me, I will always respect them for that and they should be given more by people in here.

There must be a few in here that remember when BartCop was like the first liberal news and humour site, and they would link to stories on Raw Story.

Raw Story was indispensable for a more left leaning person. Air America had collapsed. It was an oasis in the desert.

They DO have their own journalists with stories. But yes, they also post stories originating from other places......Hmmmm a little like Democratic Underground. Or Huffington Post.

I don 't know if the RW machine has targeted Raw Story as one of the earliest news sources that exposed them. And have heloed to purpatrate this antagonism in left wing circles against them. I am baffled.

No matter if it does have percieved flaws, there are so few liberal news sites, why target one of our own? If they provide liberals with pertinent information?
