Trump's campaign staff, where are they?

Why are they re-cycling old tactics which are no longer workable in today's setting?

To me it looks like there is no campaign staff or they are just phoning it in?

Did Trump pocket all the campaign budget?
Does the staff know it is over?

Even Putin knows it is over.
