This is comparing the same years as he uses for Canada - so all's fair right? (edit: above is 2007 and 2018 - canada # are 2007 2016 -canada is more liking the orange dumpster in 2018.
Pakman outright lies when he says Russia is the only country that has a more favorable opinion of the President under Trump v. Obama
