8. Once they go into full predator mode, they don't understand words

This, I think, is one of the main problems we're seeing with these guys, they just can't hear anything that is being said to them because they're so jacked up and acting out of fear that if they don't dominate another person physically, they won't like the consequences.

Cops know how to treat enemy insurgents. They don't know how to treat citizens. We need to understand they're at war and have been for a long time. We are the enemy, all of us.

In an altercation like this, realize when a cop is incapable of hearing you. Don't struggle, they will hurt you. This is very hard to do because it will be an overwhelmingly stressful situation for you but realizing those cops are deaf will help you. Don't talk to them, you're wasting your breath.

Until we get these guys adequate training in how to deal with citizens instead of insurgents, this is going to be how it is..
