This town is about 40 miles from my home in south eastern Pa. This reminds me of the days when racist Rizzo ran Philly.

This town is just west of Reading Pa. The schools in Reading are so bad their graduation rate is 67% but it has increased from 61% over five school years. Their per student spending at 12926.00 is very low. However if you go to any of the affluent school districts in the area you will find they spend 20 grand plus per student.
Reading is 53% white.
This is the face of racism.

Why, Just Why couldn't those cops stop and look at his receipt. He wanted a bike for his boy!
