I can’t say I never acted badly in a store when I was young.

It looked more like he was sitting on the bike mostly gliding. People definitely noticed and backed away some but they didn’t look very alarmed. I’ve definitely glided on the back of shopping carts and never got busted. If I were buying a bike I very well might have sat on it.

Can’t say how loud the music was. The cutting line claim is really ambiguous to me. People let me ahead a lot when there is one item.

The thing that strikes me as false is the claim they let him pay so they could banish him. The manager followed him, but I don’t see a confrontation (easy to miss though). They had his name from the credit card and could have and should have confirmed id for that. I’ve never been banished from a place but it seems odd to allow him to make one more purchase being banned.

In any case they could have and should have gotten out of robocop mode and told him what it was about.
