Always go on off hours, typically 2-3pm for both a local Chinese Restaurant and a local Mexican restaurant. If we were to get there and it was too busy I’d do take out. But through observation these times appeared to be down times and so far it’s worked. Also wear masks going in, while ordering and leaving.
