VERY accurate about the "South" South.
Tenn and Virginia and Kentucky and even Arkansas are in the South but they get frequent snow, so do not freak out like people closer to the Gulf do.
and "freak out" is accurate...out of sheer anxiety, people here drive off the road in 1/2 inch of snow.
